About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Partner to join our Trade team at LeMieux. As the face and voice of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our retailers and sales executives globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product advice and assistance with general enquiries to customers
  • Take and process sales orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with our Trade and Ecommerce teams to achieve excellence in customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a target-driven sales and/or customer service environment
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the equestrian industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
