About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Partner to join our team at LeMieux. As a key member of our trade team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our global network of retailers and sales executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive account management and support to our sales team and B2B customers, responding to a wide range of enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with our trade and ecommerce teams to achieve excellence in customer service and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our equestrian products and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our customer service standards are consistently met.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a target-driven sales and/or customer service environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • A passion for the equestrian industry and a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of horse owners and riders.
