Facilities Manager

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of their state-of-the-art facility in Cambridge. As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the site is fully compliant and fit for purpose for all staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain effective Facilities Management processes and procedures.
- Ensure the building meets all relevant compliance regulations.
- Manage cleaning, security, property, and grounds maintenance services.
- Supervise a small team of FM operatives and provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
- Lead the Facilities Management delivery for hard and soft services across the estate, ensuring all health and safety and other compliance requirements are met.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team leadership abilities.
- Experience delivering fit-out and CAPEX projects.
- Proven track record of delivering Total Facilities Management (TFM) services, including security, cleaning, and property/grounds maintenance.
- Experience setting up new FM processes and mobilization.
- Budgeting and financial management skills.
- NEBOSH certifications.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
