Job Summary:

Tiger Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. As an Executive Support Professional, you will provide high-level administrative support to the investment company's leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the executive's schedule, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses.
  • Document and Presentation Production: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel, including visa applications and logistics.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute events, dinners, and meetings, ensuring a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Expense Management: Process and manage expenses, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, working closely with the finance team to ensure seamless invoicing and payment processes.
  • Personal Support: Offer ad-hoc personal support to the executive, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
