Director of Sales and Partnerships
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (plus performance-based incentives)
Job Location: London / Hybrid (with regular attendance in London office)
This pivotal role as Director of Sales and Partnerships will be integral to the leadership team, overseeing the commercial operations of the organization. You will lead and inspire the Sales and Partnerships teams to cultivate significant relationships across various fundraising channels and spearhead initiatives to recruit new educational institutions. This is essential for the organization’s goal of expanding its support from 2,000 to 5,000 young individuals over the next five years.
As an inclusive and motivating leader, you will serve as a role model within the organization, bringing:
- A proven track record in formulating and executing fundraising strategies aimed at achieving sustainable income growth.
- Experience in developing programmatic and revenue-focused partnerships within the education sector.
- A strong passion for team leadership and ensuring best practices in income generation activities.
This position is ideal for a dynamic and skilled leader with a history of successful income generation who thrives in a fast-paced and innovative setting.
