Employee Relations Case Manager

Our client, a leading Retail brand based in Manchester, is seeking an Employee Relations Case Manager to join their HR Shared Services Team for a 6-month period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality and accurate advice on all aspects of employee relations, including providing end-to-end case management and working on complex issues.
* Provide end-to-end case management support, including high-complex risk cases.
* Work closely with ER & Legal to ensure compliance with business policies.
* Provide support to business projects on consultation, TUPE, and other employee relations matters.
* Experience managing high-complex employee relations cases at volume.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in employee relations case management.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and business policies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
