Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of M&A, Financing, and Capital Markets transactions across the TMT sector.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including M&A, Leverage Finance, Debt Capital Markets, and Equity Capital Markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models, including operating models, merger models, and LBOs.
  • Support project management and team leadership to deliver client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in Corporate Finance from a bank or boutique advisory firm.
  • Experience in TMT transactions, including M&A, Financing, and Capital Markets.
  • Excellent financial modeling skills, including operating models, merger models, and LBOs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
