About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current with product knowledge and features to effectively demonstrate and showcase vehicles to customers.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Complete accurate and timely sales reports and documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge and passion for automotive products and trends.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt sales approach to different customer profiles.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and driven, with a positive attitude.
  • Professionalism: Professional appearance and demeanor.
