Position Overview:
As a Technical Product Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our product lifecycle, ensuring that our innovative software solutions are effectively transitioned from development to operational use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Transition Management:
    Oversee the seamless transition of our advanced software products into operational environments, addressing any challenges that arise in collaboration with original equipment manufacturers and clients.
  • Expert Technical Assistance:
    Serve as the primary resource for technical inquiries, providing exceptional support, diagnosing issues, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Training and Development:
    Facilitate and engage in training sessions and workshops for both internal teams and clients, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Project Leadership:
    Assume leadership for small to medium-scale projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Requirements Analysis:
    Convert intricate product specifications into clear and actionable user stories, ensuring all stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding.
  • Engineering Review:
    Conduct engineering evaluations and design assessments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Automated Testing Development:
    Create and implement automated testing protocols that meet industry benchmarks.
  • Project Coordination:
    Collaborate with program management to develop project timelines and budget management strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Feedback and Enhancement:
    Provide constructive feedback to the product development team, contributing to ongoing enhancements and innovations.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Systems Engineering or a related discipline within the aerospace or defense sectors. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.

Essential Skills:

  • Programming Skills:
    Proficient in Python or similar programming languages.
  • Office Software Proficiency:
    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Automation Expertise:
    Demonstrated experience in developing automated solutions using Python.
  • Technical Acumen:
    Strong understanding of design partitioning, digital communication, and software architecture.
  • Agile Methodology Knowledge:
    Familiarity with Agile project management frameworks.
  • AWS Experience:
    Knowledge of Amazon Web Services is advantageous.
