New Homes Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join our team at Essential Employment in York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional sales performance to achieve individual targets and ensure reservations are met from plan and stock.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Team, Marketing team, Sales Progression team, After Sales team, independent mortgage advisors, solicitors, Service Charge team, and Housing Management on all sales-related matters.
  • Achieve outstanding conversion rates from sales leads to reservations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the new homes sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
