We are seeking a highly skilled New Homes Sales Executive to join our team at Essential Employment in York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales performance to individual targets to ensure reservations are achieved from plan and stock.
- Close liaison with the Customer Service Team, Marketing team, Sales Progression team, After Sales team, independent mortgage advisors, solicitors, Service Charge team, and Housing Management on all sales-related matters.
- Achieve excellent conversion rates from sales lead to reservation.
