We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Manager for Corporate Accounts to join our Sales & Marketing team on a permanent basis. Your role will be crucial in delivering memorable experiences and exceptional service to our guests and colleagues. As a Senior Sales Manager for Corporate Accounts, your primary responsibilities will include:
· Managing a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring comprehensive account management to maintain, service, and develop relationships, while increasing revenue and tracking performance.
· Enhancing transient business levels from both domestic and international clients by pursuing new business opportunities.
· Identifying potential leads for new business and evaluating results to uncover opportunities for additional revenue.
· Collaborating proactively with the hotels' representation agency to generate sales leads.
· Conducting competitor analysis, focusing on product standards and pricing strategies, and utilizing this information to capitalize on client opportunities.
· Coordinating with relevant departments across properties to ensure pricing strategies align with business needs and budgets.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
· A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
· The ability to take initiative and effectively manage workload.
· Strong communication and project management skills, with the capability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
