We are seeking a part-time or full-time Office Administrator/Resourcer to join our office-based team at ST Selection. In this newly-created opportunity, which has evolved due to significant growth, you will be responsible for providing support to the company's day-to-day operations.

The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Part-time hours are flexible but up to 30 hours per week. Options for a later start and flexibility around school runs/childcare are also available.

Salary: Pro Rata - £22k - £25k per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling interviews.
  • Utilizing business software to promote the company and create marketing campaigns.
  • Updating and managing the company database.
  • Handling general telephone enquiries and incoming requests.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook.
