About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple customer projects across the UK, ensuring efficient and quality delivery of customer orders from receipt to successful installation at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive multiple customer projects for customer sites throughout the UK
  • Ensure all customer site preparation and setups are complete
  • Liaise with manufacturers to ensure effective materials and components availability for project milestones
  • Ensure all site sub-contract services are performing as required
  • Ensure all technical checks for sites are completed
  • Ensure health & Safety and toolbox talks are completed
  • Attend Pre-start and any other site meetings (normally via video call)
Requirements
  • Previous experience in either a Project Coordinator / Project Manager role within a Engineering / Construction or manufacturing business where you have been responsible for coordinating moving parts or managing multiple installations
  • Able to interpret and read technical engineering drawings
  • An understanding of fabrications processes would be ideal
