Student Recruitment Coordinator

Acting as an ambassador at all times, promoting key organisational messages and always presenting our client in a positive light, your specific duties will include:

- Ensure they achieve their student recruitment and widening participation targets.
- Collaborating with colleagues companywide to ensure a quality experience at all stages of the student recruitment process.
- Identify new opportunities and areas of activity, in collaboration with colleagues within the Education/Training and Marketing/Media teams.
- Working with the member services recruitment team to assist potential applicants requiring a placement facility with a Training Professional.
- Assist and support existing initiatives which promote the recruitment of students such as open days and stands at golf events including The British Masters.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues at our university partnerships to deliver appropriate activities for recruiting international students including a programme of on campus, online and overseas events including presenting webinars.
- Build relationships domestically and internationally to ensure colleagues are informed of all developments related to recruitment programmes and admissions processes.
- In collaboration with the media/marketing teams, update and develop new marketing materials.
- Review and develop current recruitment processes.
- Ensure all operations are in accordance with companywide processes, Data Protection, Trademark and other restrictions as well as other relevant legislation.
- Excellent IT skills/CRM/Database systems
- Previous line management experience and knowledge of Data Protection legislation are desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Confident presenter across multiple audiences;
- An understanding of the Higher Education system is desired and golf knowledge an advantage;
- Ability to develop an understanding of cultural differences and sensitivities in international marketing and international education;
- Organised and process driven with good networking skills.
