This is a full-time, permanent position that requires strong planning and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the production department to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner
  • Manage stock of materials and supplies
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Manage an email inbox and respond to customer correspondence
  • Perform postal duties both in and out of the business

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Minimum 3 GCSEs (including English and Maths)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accurate data entry and record-keeping
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
