Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator within the Community Mental Health Team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and innovative approaches to delivering exceptional administrative services. This role involves working in a dynamic office setting alongside a multidisciplinary team, including Community Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Support Workers.

As part of our supportive and skilled team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality administrative support to enhance the safety, health, and well-being of individuals in our community. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive administrative service, which includes:

  • Managing incoming phone calls and appointment scheduling
  • Addressing inbox inquiries and correspondence
  • Typing reports, agendas, and meeting minutes

Additionally, you will need to effectively organize and prioritize your workload daily to meet deadlines and accommodate urgent tasks. This role is diverse and can be demanding at times, requiring you to support the clinical team and provide coverage for colleagues, including reception duties, as needed.
