Bucks & Berks Recruitment PLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Answering telephone calls, greeting clients, opening and distributing mail, franking mail, and monitoring emails.
  • Office Management: Maintaining holiday calendars, processing leave requests, reconciling timesheets, and meter readings for electricity and water.
  • Supply Chain Management: Organizing new contracts for facilities suppliers, checking and ordering stationery, and arranging engineer visits for photocopiers.
  • Customer Service: Producing customer statements of accounts, sending invoices, and monitoring outside waste bins.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, personable, and friendly.
Requirements:
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills in MS Office.
  • Teamwork: Good team worker, able to use initiative.
