Human Resources Coordinator

**Part time; £26-£28K PRO RATA**

Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Coordinator where you will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions. We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator with a passion for people culture to assist in various HR activities.

The Tom Kerridge Group is a dynamic and expanding hospitality company that includes the only 2 Michein star pub in the UK. Based in Marlow, the company's success is driven by a passion for cooking, impeccable service and continuous innovation. The ideal Human Resources coordinator will have strong communication and organisational skills.

This is a part time role; ideally around 3 days per week. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for onboarding our employees, carrying out regular inductions, organising work experience and stages and assisting the Human Resources department in any other administrative tasks as required.

The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is imperative and experience in Hospitality would be beneficial.

Duties include;
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring accuracy of information
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment as needed
