Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Goldman Sachs. As a key member of our Credit Risk division, you will be responsible for managing the firm's credit exposure to its trading and lending counterparties.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management processes to monitor, assess, and manage credit risk.
- Review lending transactions to ensure appropriate risk mitigants are in place to protect against default and minimize potential losses.
- Represent credit views to senior management and stakeholders.
- Interact with regulators to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues across the firm.
- Perform regular sector and asset analysis to identify trends and concentrations.
- Monitor and manage exposures at a counterparty, product, and portfolio level.
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in credit analysis.
- Experience in asset secured lending is desirable, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of lending products, including structured non-vanilla transactions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
