In this role, you will be instrumental in defining the strategy and vision for our API and integrations platform. You will spearhead significant customer-facing projects and ensure a seamless user experience through integrations with various tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to develop and oversee our API and integrations platform, focusing on innovative solutions for our clients.
- Manage enhancements to existing native integrations and strategize on the development of new integrations.
- Work with engineering teams, partners, and market stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize initiatives.
- Engage with external developers and customers to understand their needs and identify collaboration opportunities.
- Articulate the vision and roadmap for the Ecosystem team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Promote the platform vision internally and externally, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and implement the product roadmap for our integrations platform and APIs, focusing on delivering value.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and alignment with business goals.
- Identify key partners and develop product integrations for an enhanced user experience.
- Drive the design and development of new features for our integrations platform.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, driving their adoption within the team.
- Build strong relationships with external partners to execute joint roadmaps.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, translating complex concepts into actionable business implications.
- 5-8 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of technology and product architecture.
- Experience with complex platform products, developer products, and APIs.
- Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies such as lean, JTBD, and agile.
- Proven track record of delivering products with cross-functional teams in the enterprise software sector.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, ETL platforms, and data management.
- Empathy for developers and a deep understanding of their requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and independent, with a passion for solving complex problems.
- Educational background in computer science or related fields is advantageous.
