Job Title: Principal Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Designer to join our Trust Design team at MeetFrank. As a Principal Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our products, ensuring they are user-centered, intuitive, and meet the needs of our customers.

About the Role:

  • Lead the design of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency across products.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of work.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
