Sellick Partnership is seeking a qualified HR Officer to join our client in Sunderland. This position is initially for 3 months, with the possibility of an extension for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the broader HR team with various HR initiatives
  • Coordinating and maintaining accurate HR records
  • Ensuring precision in all data entered into the HR system
  • Assisting hiring managers in crafting job descriptions and advertisements
  • Supporting the complete recruitment cycle for hiring managers
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development and execution of best practice methodologies

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a comparable HR role
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or in progress
  • Experience in recruitment and HR initiatives

The successful HR Officer will possess outstanding communication skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels. An exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is essential to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage competing demands, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
