About the Role

Harnham is seeking an E-Commerce Analytics Manager to join their team. As a leading wine retailer and e-commerce company, they are looking for a skilled professional to maintain and enhance the development of ecommerce analytics, tracking, reporting, dashboarding, and more for their UK portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Adobe Analytics platform for eCommerce reporting and dashboards is aligned with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
  • Develop dashboards to provide actionable insights into key eCommerce metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of eCommerce performance metrics.
  • Take ownership of marketing channels, cookie, and tracking implementation.
  • Ensure eCommerce data is aligned with other reporting systems to enable website data to be used in overall business reporting.
  • Use attribution and customer modeling to forecast eCommerce sales, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.
  • Enable tracking and reporting within Adobe Analytics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Ecommerce Analytics.
  • Strong technical experience in Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
