The business is a leading wine retailer and e-commerce company and are also the UK's number one destination for buying wine. And they are now seeking to hire an E-Commerce Analytics Manager to join their team.
Joining the business as an E-Commerce Analytics Manager, you'll help to maintain and enhance the development of ecommerce analytics, tracking, reporting, dashboarding and more for the businesses UK portfolio.
Ensure Adobe Analytics platform for eCommerce reporting and dashboards is centred within the business, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements
Development of dashboards to provide actionable insights into key eCommerce metrics
Conducting in-depth analysis of eCommerce performance metrics
Taking ownership of marketing channels, cookie and tracking implementation
Ensuring eCommerce data is aligned with other reporting systems to enable website data to be used in overall business reporting
Using attribution and customer modelling to forecast eCommerce sales, customer acquisition and retention metrics
Proven track record in Ecommerce Analytics
