We are seeking an E-Commerce Analytics Manager to join our team at Harnham. As an E-Commerce Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the development of ecommerce analytics, tracking, reporting, dashboarding, and more for our clients' UK portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Adobe Analytics platform for eCommerce reporting and dashboards is centered within the business, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
  • Development of dashboards to provide actionable insights into key eCommerce metrics.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of eCommerce performance metrics.
  • Taking ownership of marketing channels, cookie, and tracking implementation.
  • Ensuring eCommerce data is aligned with other reporting systems to enable website data to be used in overall business reporting.
  • Using attribution and customer modeling to forecast eCommerce sales, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.
  • Enabling tracking and reporting within Adobe Analytics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Ecommerce Analytics.
  • Strong technical experience in Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
