Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Merz Aesthetics UK and Ireland. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the transactional finance function and providing financial analysis and business analytics support to our commercial departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the transactional finance function, including the preparation and submission of management accounts.
  • Provide financial analysis and business analytics support to our commercial departments.
  • Support members of the finance team, including AP, AR, Customer Services, and Business Analysts.
  • Ensure team awareness of all systems, including local and group month-end reporting tools, ERP, etc.
  • Execute a strong working understanding, knowledge, and ability in accounting, sales, and distribution, and reporting processes.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including the UKI Leadership Team, to discuss progress against budgets and to aid their understanding of financial results.
  • Respond to information requests from internal and external customers, including suppliers, auditors, etc.
  • Provide an additional resource for the Finance or CS function, as business circumstances dictate.
Requirements
  • A qualified accountant, CIMA or equivalent.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • A knowledge and aptitude in Excel-based analysis and reporting.
  • An interest in business processes and systems, including SAP ERP.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability.
  • Able to work on self-initiative without supervision.
