Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee marketing administration tasks within our Marketing Agency. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to TD SYNNEX's policies while assisting team members with various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Managers in the timely execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects while adhering to established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead to monitor project progress.
  • Facilitate Vendor Marketing activities through project management systems.
  • Generate Purchase Orders.
  • Carry out various administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong multitasking abilities paired with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in delivering clear oral and written communication.
  • Adept at assessing and improving campaigns, service offerings, and processes.
  • Capable of engaging openly and directly with colleagues.
  • Effective management of internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
