Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute business plans, and build strong relationships with vendors and customers.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage vendor agreements, ensure compliance with vendor requirements, and drive vendor growth and development.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, identify market trends and opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to build strong relationships with vendors and customers, and experience with strategic planning and execution.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
