Opportunity: Clinical Skills Facilitator - Respiratory Support
We are seeking a Registered Nurse or qualified Physiotherapist with expertise in complex respiratory support and ventilation skills to join our compassionate team. As a Clinical Skills Facilitator, you will play a vital role in training and supporting our care team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training programs on Ventilation and Respiratory Support techniques.
- Empower the Care Team by building their competencies and confidence in providing respiratory care.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of patient care and safety.
Your Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse or qualified Physiotherapist with demonstrable experience in respiratory support.
- Proven leadership and management skills, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Previous palliative care experience is highly desirable.
