Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Portfolio Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive portfolio strategy that aligns with Pelsis Group's vision and goals.
  • Lead Innovation and Growth Initiatives: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within our product portfolio, driving innovation and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Regional Product Managers, Sales Directors, and General Managers to define range and commercial strategy.
  • Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective product launches, and continuous improvement.
  • Competitor Analysis and Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough competitor analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Customer and Market Insights: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Line Management and Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to Global Portfolio Manager(s) as required.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a portfolio or product leadership role, with a strong track record of driving growth and innovation.
  • Commercial Acumen: Excellent commercial understanding, with a focus on profitability and growth.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Strong influencing and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across functions and regions.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, supply chain, and marketing.
