We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager or Business Development Manager with a strong background in selling to building merchants, showrooms, distributors, or retailers within the construction trades sector. Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue targets through management of existing accounts and development of new business opportunities.
  • Work towards core KPIs, focusing on sales performance and customer retention.

  • Collaborate with internal commercial and sales support teams to implement a clear sales strategy.
  • Report on sales pipeline, portfolio revenue, and actionable sales plans.
  • Utilize CRM systems proficiently to manage customer relationships.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly within the trades or construction industry.
  • A proven track record of selling to building merchants, independent merchants, showrooms, resellers, or distributors.
  • Specific experience in the plumbing or bathrooms sector is highly advantageous.
