Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with complex health needs in their own homes.
Main Duties of the Job
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, medication management, and mobility support to our clients. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with our clinical and business leadership teams.
