About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of West London. As a key member of our Finance & Insurance department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing the sales team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and performance
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional results
  • Ensure customers have a clear understanding of their obligations and are treated fairly

About You

We are looking for a high-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with a strong financial and commercial understanding. You will have an outstanding work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead from the front and inspire your colleagues.
