About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Director to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example and providing guidance and support to your team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Identify every opportunity to maximize customer experience with exceptional service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Sales: Achieve sales targets by understanding every customer's requirements and advising on the best solution from enquiry through to move-in, driving store performance and achieving targets.
- Store Standards: Lead your store team to deliver excellent store standards, ensuring that customers' first impressions are key and that our stores are always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve their full potential, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a management role, preferably in a customer-facing environment such as retail or consultative sales.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and coach for performance, with a strong focus on developing and motivating others.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
