Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to join our team. As a Project Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and control of pre-production documentation according to client specifications
  • Collaboration with Contract Engineers to ensure documentation is submitted on time and meets project requirements
  • Creation, submission, and control of Notifications of Inspection and sub-supplier documentation in line with internal and customer requirements
  • Effective transfer and receipt of relevant information between our client and the customer to ensure projects achieve planned delivery timescales
  • Generation, submission, and control of shipping of completed goods, liaising with internal personnel to gain confirmation of dispatching and invoicing transactions, and working with the customers' representatives for collection of goods from site

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, developing and maintaining relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work to defined deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ICT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office programmes
