Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain all ICT systems, ensuring they are ready for use and operating correctly.
- Lead the implementation of future ICT projects, working closely with the IT Director to ensure successful delivery.
- Configure and set up laptops, mobile devices, display equipment, and other specialist ICT equipment.
- Record and resolve all technical incidents in accordance with the incident management procedure.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards work.
- Appetite for knowledge and a desire to improve technical skills.
- Technical understanding of Microsoft Office, Virtualised Environments, SharePoint, Windows Server, End Point Protection, Active Directory, and Networking Principles.
