About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC) to develop their independence and prepare for their adult life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young people to develop their independent living skills and become flourishing individuals
  • Deliver workshops and signpost to external agencies to support young people's needs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality support and care
  • Participate in regular reflective practice and case management reviews
