Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, providing personalized care and support to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement individual care plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a compassionate and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills. You'll also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours. While previous experience in care is not necessary, you'll need to be willing to learn and develop your skills and knowledge as part of our close-knit team.
