An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a dedicated Senior Care Support Specialist.
Compensation: £75 per hour
Position Type: Permanent full-time, night shifts
Role OverviewAs a Senior Care Support Specialist, you will collaborate with the care team to identify and address the daily requirements of residents. Your responsibilities will include conducting formal supervisions and evaluations, contributing to care planning, and mentoring junior support staff.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the personal care needs of residents while upholding their dignity and promoting independence.
- Engage in comprehensive care planning and support worker coaching.
- Conduct regular supervisions and appraisals to ensure high standards of care.
Applicants should possess prior experience in a senior care capacity and have, or be pursuing, an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
