We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Team Leader to join our team at Hamilton Woods Associates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising our out of hours call team, providing emergency response to issues surrounding security, CCTV, door entry, ASB, and repairs.
The role requires working shifts of 6pm-6am with a 4 on 4 off pattern, ensuring seamless coverage and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the out of hours call team to ensure efficient and effective response to customer queries and issues.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
