We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Personal Group. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization\'s culture and ensuring we are treating our employees fairly and getting the best out of our workforce.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing two People Advisors, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are equipped to handle complex HR issues. You will also partner with senior managers to support the continued development of our organization and culture.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Providing expert advice on employment law and employee relations
  • Managing HR-related projects, including planning, prioritizing, and communication
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure people policies and practices are being followed
  • Supporting the People Director with reward and benefits initiatives

We are looking for someone with a strong background in HR, excellent management and coaching skills, and the ability to balance short-term operational delivery with medium and long-term strategic thinking and planning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years Generalist HR experience at an operational level
  • Experience of managing HR-related projects, including planning, prioritizing, and communication
  • Ability to identify and translate business requirements into tangible outcomes/initiatives
  • Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure people policies and practices are being followed
  • Ability to balance short-term operational delivery with medium and long-term strategic thinking and planning
