Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Childcare Support Specialist to become an integral part of our dedicated Care Team. The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ Level 3 in childcare studies and have a minimum of two years of experience in working with children, particularly those with complex additional needs.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Play Leader to manage the daily activities of our family-oriented sessions. This includes designing engaging activities, ensuring comprehensive early years documentation is maintained, and stepping in to lead when necessary to guarantee a safe and enriching environment for all children.
