Job Description

As a General Manager Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead by example and inspire the team to achieve high standards.
  • Coach and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Address performance issues and manage day-to-day operations.
Service Excellence
  • Ensure outstanding guest experiences by providing exceptional service.
  • Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain high service standards and support shift managers.
Compliance & Systems
  • Adhere to Health & Safety, Food Safety, and licensing laws.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure accurate stock control.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
Operations & Logistics
  • Manage stock rotation, ordering, and inventory.
  • Ensure equipment functionality and building maintenance.
Event Promotion & Customer Interaction
  • Run promotional campaigns to drive sales and revenue.
  • Organize events to engage with customers and build brand awareness.
  • Ensure positive customer interactions and provide excellent customer service.
