**About White Oak UK**

White Oak UK is a leading provider of loans and asset finance to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the UK. We offer a range of flexible lending products to support businesses in their growth and development.

**Job Purpose**

The Sales Executive role is responsible for creating opportunities through new and existing data, progressing all inbound enquiries to end sales stage, and exhausting all in-house sales opportunities in-house and externally.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Present White Oak UK's products and services to potential clients through telephone contact and other means.
  • Convert sales opportunities provided through the lead generation team and marketing platforms.
  • Generate own sales opportunities through new and existing data (CRM).
  • Develop new business relationships with potential clients by offering our products via superior customer service.
  • Achieve productivity and company budget KPIs set out by the company.
  • Develop an understanding of customer requirements to offer a client-focused service.
  • Adhere to FCA Conduct rules and Core Responsibilities relating to the Sales function and the role.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline and ensure administration is completed on White Oak UK's internal systems to aid the fair treatment of customers.
  • Create and be accountable for all client quotes and proposals, following White Oak UK Finance procedures through the whole process.
  • Perform the role with a positive and constructive attitude within the team environment.
  • Ensure all compliance regulation and legislation is adhered to where relevant.

**Requirements**

  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • High degree of self-motivation and desire to drive success.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to achieve the highest standards.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and influence decisions.

**Desirable Attributes**

  • Previous experience within a high-performing Sales environment, minimum 12-24 months required.
  • Previous experience in a Financial Services environment would be advantageous, e.g. insurance, lending, business-to-business.
  • Salesforce experience preferred but not essential.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Eagerness to learn with a will to succeed.
