We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at Adecco. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support HR processes, including screening and vetting in line with industry standards.
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment, from monitoring job adverts to conducting interviews.
  • Assist employees with queries and ensure their needs are addressed promptly.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate data input and ensure the integrity of functional systems and spreadsheets.
  • Provide administrative support to the Directors, including performing PA duties when required.
  • Log and manage absences, conduct back-to-work calls, and complete transport checks.
  • Assist with the administration of alarm reports, company newsletters, holiday forms, and KPIs.
  • Update relevant matrices, maintain valid licences, and manage training documentation.
  • Supervise office activities and coordinate maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administration and good time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to the highest standards of quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive nature, with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work bank holidays and occasional days over Christmas.

Whilst experience working within HR is desirable, this is not essential as long as you are hard working and willing to learn, as full training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart their HR career within a busy and thriving organisation, where no two days are the same.

In return for your hard work and dedication, our client offers a competitive salary range of £26,000 to £27,000 per year. They also provide comprehensive training and support, ensuring you have the tools to excel in your role.
