We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Akari Care. As a key member of our care community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to our residents.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring a team to create a warm and inclusive environment where our residents feel a sense of security and belonging. You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and providing personalized support to our residents.

About You
  • You are a registered mental health nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions.
  • You have a caring nature and a personal approach to giving everyone the best possible care.
  • You are a proven leader who can motivate a team and delegate effectively.
  • You have a coaching style leadership mentality to empower your colleagues.
  • You have good communication and relationship building skills.
  • You are flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice.
  • You have a warm, approachable, and engaging persona.
  • You respect everyone and treat others as you would expect to be treated.
