Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Absolutely Recruitment. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional sales support through effective communication and thorough understanding of processes.
  • Ensure all administrative processes and procedures are documented, regularly maintained, reviewed, and checked for accuracy.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage CRM data, ensuring data integrity and creating a monthly maintenance program.
  • Assist the UK Sales team in creating lead generation and reviewing opportunities.
  • Provide customers with first-line communications and support for all enquiries.
  • Own the process and associated data records for all customer purchase orders from placement to invoicing.
  • Process all purchase orders in accordance with T&Cs with third parties and NIE for sales, service, and demonstration stock.
Requirements:
  • STEM-related degree, minimum 2:1 classification is essential.
  • Relevant experience in customer service and office environment.
  • Working knowledge of business process tools and Microsoft packages.
  • Experience of project planning (leading and contributing).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Appreciates the need for a professional, corporate approach.
  • Adaptable and able to deal with a wide variety of tasks.
  • Highly organized and structured with good attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive: driven to plan and prioritize workload.
  • Good communication skills - able to build relationships with a range of customers and colleagues at every level.
  • Highly collaborative.
  • Emotionally resilient.
  • Lives within an easily commutable distance from Surbiton (London KT6).
