Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Absolutely Recruitment. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional sales support through effective communication and thorough understanding of processes.
- Ensure all administrative processes and procedures are documented, regularly maintained, reviewed, and checked for accuracy.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage CRM data, ensuring data integrity and creating a monthly maintenance program.
- Assist the UK Sales team in creating lead generation and reviewing opportunities.
- Provide customers with first-line communications and support for all enquiries.
- Own the process and associated data records for all customer purchase orders from placement to invoicing.
- Process all purchase orders in accordance with T&Cs with third parties and NIE for sales, service, and demonstration stock.
- STEM-related degree, minimum 2:1 classification.
- Relevant experience in customer service and office environment.
- Working knowledge of business process tools and Microsoft packages.
- Experience of project planning (leading and contributing).
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Adaptable and able to deal with a wide variety of tasks.
- Highly organized and structured with good attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive: driven to plan and prioritize workload.
- Good communication skills - able to build relationships with a range of customers and colleagues at every level.
- Highly collaborative.
- Emotionally resilient.
- Lives within an easily commutable distance from Surbiton (London KT6).
