At Rightmove, we're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated account base, achieving activity, growth, and retention targets, and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contact a high-volume, existing account base to establish, build, and maintain relationships via phone and video.
  • Understand client needs, identify growth opportunities, present, and close with a relevant and bespoke solution.
  • Interpret and explain customer performance data using internal tools to add value and demonstrate ROI.
  • Achieve weekly KPIs and performance metrics relevant to business requirements, including telephone meetings, quarterly contact rate, revenue, and retention.
  • Deliver new Rightmove initiatives and business campaigns to customers.
  • Identify and conduct relevant product and service training with customers to support the relationship.
  • Be the point of contact to answer customer queries, resolve problems, and provide solutions.
  • Record information in relevant databases and ensure CRM's are kept up to date.
  • Liaise with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for customers.
  • Regularly share learnings with colleagues and key stakeholders internally to enhance service and product offering.
  • Prepare and plan your customer base, weekly priorities, retention strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Forecast and track client account metrics.
